1. What we collect

To provide the service, we may collect the information you choose to provide when you use Continuefy. This includes the shared AI chat link you submit, your email address and profile information when you sign in, and any preferences or account details you save in the app.

We also process the content of the shared chat link so we can generate a summary or continuation prompt for you. This may involve temporarily transmitting the URL and related content to our processing service in order to produce the requested result.

2. Browser extension-specific information

The Continuefy browser extension may access the active tab and page content on supported AI chat platforms so it can help you create share links, summarize conversations, and continue chat context. It may also store limited local preferences and sign-in state in the browser using standard extension storage.

The extension may send limited information to Continuefy services, including the page URL, relevant conversation context, or the link you submit for processing, in order to provide summaries, continuation prompts, account information, or credits. It does not collect passwords, payment card details, or your full browsing history. It does not collect data from unsupported websites outside the platforms you explicitly use with the extension.

You can disable or remove the extension at any time from your browser settings.

3. What we do not collect

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary to authenticate your account and provide the requested service. We do not collect payment card details directly in our app; checkout and billing are handled by our payment provider.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your content to train public models without your clear consent.

4. How we use your data

We use the information you provide to authenticate your account, deliver summaries and continuation prompts, manage credits or subscriptions, improve the reliability of the service, and respond to support requests.

If you choose to share your generated summary or saved preference, we use that information to make the experience available to you in-app.

5. Data storage and retention

Data is stored using secure cloud infrastructure and access controls appropriate for a modern web app. We retain account and usage data for as long as needed to provide the service, support billing, or comply with legal obligations.

You may contact us to request account-related information or to ask for deletion where applicable under local law.

6. Cookies and analytics

Continuefy may use standard session and authentication-related cookies to keep you signed in and provide its core functionality. We do not use intrusive tracking for advertising purposes.

7. Your choices

You can sign out at any time, update account preferences, and contact us if you would like more information about your data. If you stop using the service, we will continue to handle your information according to this policy until it is deleted or anonymized where required.
